Donation to Battle & Langton C.E Primary School – The Pod

The Jempson Foundation recently made a donation to Battle & Langton C.E Primary School to help provide snacks for their nurture unit, The Pod.

Natasha Worsley said, ‘We would like to thank The Jempson Foundation for their support. As part of our group we provide children with breakfast, snacks and lunches. We have noticed the difference in the way children behave and learn if they have had a good breakfast and aren’t hungry. We also provide the children with a lot of cooking experiences. Currently we are trying to teach the children to be mindful of food waste, the importance of using everything and recycling so this donation will make a real difference.”
