Donation to Encompass Care

The Jempson Foundation recently made a donation to Encompass Care, to support their Healthy Eating and Easy Preparation of Meals workshop.

Irna Mortlock said, ‘We would like to thank The Jempson Foundation for their support. Encompass Care offers social activities for disabled and sensory impaired people in a safe and friendly environment. The donation will be spent assisting our clients to be more independent and to be able to access local Supermarkets for food shopping which will enable them to interact with other people and gain confidence in shopping, preparing simple recipes in their homes. We will be running heathy eating and simple cookery workshops at Tilling Green Community Centre every Thursday and Friday.  Thank you, this donation will make a real difference.”
