Donation to the Hawkhurst Jubilee Fete Committee

The Jempson Foundation has donated £200 to the Hawkhurst Diamond Jubilee Fete, which will be held on The Moor from the 2^nd June to 5^th June.

Stephen Jempson said “It give us great pleasure to make this contribution, the Jubilee is an historic event and the fete will help enhance the sense of occasion, we hope this will bring enjoyment for both Hawkhurst residents and visitors to the village” he continued “We are delighted to be given the opportunity to be involved”

Mike Appelbe said “The government grant towards this celebration cannot be spent on fireworks. So Jempson’s contribution is much appreciated as it will go towards the cost of the 4^th June display on The Moor”
